For the correct operation one library is required, which is usually a standard part of the OS. In some cases, uninstallation of third-party programs can also remove this library. If the library is not found on the computer, some functions don’t work.
For preventing this problem, I added this library directly into the installation package of GIS.XL add-in. From now, all the functions will work on all computers.
