GIS.XL 1.0 - Introduction

This post introduces new tool, named GIS.XL.
GIS.XL is an Excel add-in for work with spatial data directly inside the window of MS Excel. Add-in does not provide complete-feature GIS environment. For this purpose you can find a bunch of Commercial or Open Source tools. Compared to these tools, the GIS.XL add-in provides selected set of functions and features that will greatly enhance your work with spatial data in Excel. The following video shows the GIS.XL in action.
